Clubs and Classes
There are MayoShinDo karate clubs suituated throughout Oxford and Cornwall. MayoShinDo karate is primarily a striking art although blocks, avoidance, throws, sweeps, locks, weapons, groundwork etc are all included in a set syllabus for each grade.
Although karate is the main focus of our classes, judo is occasionally practised in our MayoShinDo karate classes. We also have a club which holds Khon Ha Kickboxing classes for those who want to look at a competitive sport.
All of our classes are run in a family-friendly non-intimidating environment with qualified and DBS-checked instructors. We welcome you to come along and have a go and see. Find out what you can achieve.
