At Sennen Karate Club we always look to encourage our students and give them goals to reach. One way we like to do this is by rewarding our higher graded junior students who show a keenness to learn and set a good example in class.

Ruby Wilson who has always been a model student who prides herself on perfect technique and having the determination to push herself to the limit. Ruby has been the clubs Junior Assistant Instructor for the last couple of years due to her keenness to help out with the younger students and the respect they have for her. After her recent black belt success it was felt that now is the time to promote Ruby to the clubs Assistant Instructor as recognition for her hard work and continued efforts with the junior students.

This left a space for a new Junior Assistant within the club, and it was an easy decision to make. Finn Edwards and Tommy Barnicoat are two Brown Belt students who are improving at a rapid rate. Both students train at every opportunity, are polite and show a good understanding of what they are being taught. They are both always keen to help out in class and have always been respectful and encouraging to other students.

Ruby, Finn and Tommy deserve this recognition and hopefully they can continue to improve and pass on their knowledge to the younger students. Well done guys!!
